Looking for a cozy place to call home in the heart of Portland? A private bedroom is opening up in this charming, historic multi-family house, and I’m looking for a great roommate to join the space!

THE LOCATION:
Nestled in the vibrant West Bayside area (379 Cumberland Ave), you’ll be walking distance to downtown, the arts district, incredible local eats, coffee shops, and everything that makes Portland so special.

THE SPACE & PERKS:

Your Room: A private bedroom with great natural light.

In-Unit Laundry: Washer and dryer are included—no more laundromat trips!

Make It Your Own: The living room is spacious and ready for your touch. You are more than welcome to bring your own living room furniture to help make the shared space feel like home!

The Best Spots: Hang out on the cute, welcoming front porch.

Secure & Safe: The building features a secured entryway for peace of mind.

The Vibe: A historic home filled with character, featuring hardwood floors and a warm, inviting atmosphere.

I’m looking for a respectful, considerate, and friendly housemate who communicates well and helps keep our shared spaces tidy. Whether you’re a student, a young professional, or just someone looking to live in a great neighborhood, let’s see if we’re a good match!
