If you are looking for experienced property management services from a friendly and professional team, you have come to the right place. Gebhardt Property Management was founded by Tim Gebhardt and Richard Gebhardt. After Richards retirement, Tim has continued to lead Gebhardt PM while staying true to our founding values. We offer our clients a deep knowledge of maintenance and property needs. Through Tim and Richard's influence, GPM has built a business based on honest and ethical hard work.
GPM is a member of the Community Association Institute. The Community Association Institute is a national organization that educates property managers in all aspects of condominium management such as budgeting, rules and regulation enforcement, and Maine condominium law.
As a full service management company GPM provides expertise in accounting, leasing, maintenance, snow plowing, homeowner and tenant relations. Owners, board members and tenants all benefit when working with this experienced, professional, and reliable team.

Our Team
Timothy Gebhardt
Principal, Co-Founder
Tim has over fifteen years of experience in property management with a broad knowledge that includes accounting, legal, and historic restoration. In addition to a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Tim is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) through the Community Association Institute. Tim enjoys spending time with family both inside and outside of work.
Zack Barowitz
General Manager
Zack holds an MA in Urban Design and is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA). When not at work Zack can be found at public and community meetings as well as lunchtime jaunts of flâneurie.
Anthony Marcisso
Maintenance Supervisor
Anthony's broad background includes construction, insurance sales, and assisted living. His spare time is devoted to family; but he can usually find time to get out into the wilderness and camp.
Nirvana Basha-Gebhardt
Leasing Manager
Nirvana holds a Bachelor of Nursing but transitioned into the field of property management to be more engaged with her community. She was twice named Miss Neighborhood in an area of her hometown Durress Albania; a title that she still officially holds as there has been no successor.
Kristen Hickey
Accounts Specialist
Kristen manages the accounts payable and receivable department. Her comprehensive experience, her sharp wit and attention to detail enables her to keep up with the fast paced property management industry. If Kristen won the lottery tomorrow, she'd open up her own animal rescue in the mountains and hike daily with her canine companions.
Ben Rosenblum
Accounting Coordinator
Originally from Kansas, Ben fell in love with Maine and stayed after graduating from Bowdoin College. A former science and math teacher, his statistical and mathematical aptitude is a perfect fit for our accounting team. When asked what he would invent as a holiday, Ben eagerly would hold a Fall Vegetarian Festival filled with all his friends and every board game imaginable!
