SERVICE FEES

• $150.00 - CONDOMINIUM RESALE CERTIFICATE - Includes financial reports and association documents as specified or requested. Also Includes one update (verbal or email) to the certificate for owner balance.
• $200.00 - CONDOMINIUM QUESTIONNAIRE - Includes financial reports and association documents as specified or requested (does not include FHA Applications).
• $75.00 - CONDOMINIUM DOCUMENT & REPORTS ONLY - Includes Declaration, By-Laws, Rules Regulations, Amendments, most recent meeting minutes, annual budget, cash flow, and balance sheet (no Resale Cert or Questionnaire - payment must be made before closing).
• $45.00/hr for additional documents or reports, one-hour minimum.
• $50.00 - RUSH SERVICE - If needed within 24-48 hours.
