$150.00 - CONDOMINIUM RESALE CERTIFICATE - What is included:

1. Completed Condominium Resale Certificate
2. One update (verbal or email) of Owner Balance
3. Most recent Balance Sheet and Income Statement 

$250.00 - SHORT FORM CONDOMINIUM QUESTIONNAIRE  - What is included:

1. Completed Condominium questionnaire. (additional questions or requests are billed at $100/hr) 
2. Financial Health: (a) Reserve Funds, (b)Delinquent Assessment, (c) Association Loans, (d) Special Assessments 
3. Certificate of Insurance

$325.00 - FHA LOAN CONDOMINIUM QUESTIONNAIRE -What is included:

1.  Completed FHA Loan Condominium Questionnaire. Plus items included in Short-Form Questionnaire (additional questions or requests are billed at $100/hr)

$140.00 - CONDOMINIUM DOCUMENTS & FINANCIAL REPORTS ONLY

Governing Docs: (a) Declaration (CC&Rs), (b) By-Laws, (c) Rules & Regulations, (d) Amendments

Financial Docs: (a) Most recent Year End balance sheet and (b) income statement, (c) Current Year (CY) Financial Statements including annual budget (d), Budget vs Actual, (e) Balance Sheet, (f) Income Statement, (g) Reserve Fund Balance, (h) confirmation of monthly dues

$30.00 - Insurance Documents only includes: (a) Master Insurance Policy Summary, (b) Certificate of Insurance 

$100.00/hr for additional documents or reports, one-hour minimum.

$85.00 24 Hour Rush Service* - 1 Business day

$50.00 48 Hour RUSH SERVICE* - 2 business days 

* Processing will not begin until payment is made
