GPM will manage your projects from renovations to historic exterior to new construction.

• Pre-construction: Design, hiring an architect, budgeting, and permitting
• Project Management: hiring subs
• Owner Rep: If you have a General Contractor you may still need to have an owner rep to look out for you to ensure that the work is being done to spec and in full compliance with all codes and statutes.
• Condo & HOA consulting: Successful Condo operations begin in the preconstruction phase. We can help you establish the legal documents, budget, design, and building systems to set the association off on the right foot
• Consultation: If you are interested in real estate investing or considering the cost benefit of a renovation we offer objective expertise.
