Gebhardt Property Management was founded by Tim Gebhardt and Richard Gebhardt. After Richards retirement, Tim has continued to lead Gebhardt PM while staying true to our founding values. We offer our clients a deep knowledge of maintenance and property needs. Through Tim and Richard's influence, GPM has built a business based on honest and ethical hard work.
GPM is a member of the Community Association Institute. The Community Association Institute is a national organization that educates property managers in all aspects of condominium management such as budgeting, rules and regulation enforcement, and Maine condominium law.
As a full service management company GPM provides expertise in accounting, leasing, maintenance, snow plowing, homeowner and tenant relations. Owners, board members and tenants all benefit when working with this experienced, professional, and reliable team.

Our Team
Timothy Gebhardt
Principal, Co-Founder
Tim has over fifteen years of experience in property management with a broad knowledge that includes accounting, legal, and historic restoration. In addition to a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Tim is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) through the Community Association Institute. Tim enjoys spending time with family both inside and outside of work.
Zack Barowitz
General Manager
Zack holds an MA in Urban Design and is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA). When not at work Zack can be found at public and community meetings as well as lunchtime jaunts of flâneurie.
Tim W
Maintenance Director
Tim comes to Gebhardt with over many years of property experience. His knowledge and background lend him to navigate the most difficult of maintenance issues with ease. When not managing Portland's oldest and most beautiful homes, you can find him spending time with his family.
Anthony Marcisso
Maintenance Supervisor
Anthony's broad background includes construction, insurance sales, and assisted living. His spare time is devoted to family; but he can usually find time to get out into the wilderness and camp.
Amara Truman
Leasing Manager
Amara has been working in the property management industry for years. Her experience makes her an exceptional resource for marketing and managing all things in relation to your rental/leasing needs. When she's not hard at work finding your perfect tenant, you can find her trying out Portland's latest restaurant.
Ben Rosenbloom
Accounting Coordinator
Originally from Kansas, Ben fell in love with Maine and stayed after graduating from Bowdoin College. A former science and math teacher, his statistical and mathematical aptitude is a perfect fit for our accounting team. When asked what he would invent as a holiday, Ben eagerly would hold a Fall Vegetarian Festival filled with all his friends and every board game imaginable!
Faye W
Administrative Coordinator
Born and raised in Maine, Faye has an aptitude for knowing what needs to get done in the office, while not being afraid to get dusty in a crawlspace if the job calls for it. In her off time, you can find her creating large-scale experiential exhibitions, helping friends with interior design, or swimming with her dog Zeta.
