GPM’s Founder, Richard Gebhardt, is a seasoned commercial property / project manager with knowledge in all aspects of planning, engineering, building, plumbing, electrical and site work. Richard’s experience provides GPM with the knowledge to offer customers the best project and property services available. Richard has built a reputation as an honest, ethical and reliable businessman.
GPM’s Account Manager, Tim Gebhardt has over ten years of working in both the sales and property maintenance fields. He holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Maine and he is also a Nationally Certified Manager of Community Associations(CMCA), a designation that can only be obtained from the National Board of Certification and the Community Association Institute.
